Safety Guidelines

We are committed to producing a safe trade show for our attendees, exhibitors, suppliers, and staff.

With current government and public health guidelines as of February 14, 2022. The following safety protocols will be in place:

  • Masks are required for all attendees, exhibitors, and staff.
  • Proof of vaccination is no longer required as of March 1, 2022.
  • Use physical distancing where possible.
  • There will be a designated first aid area for any medical needs.
  • Hand sanitizer will be placed in common areas.
  • On-site testing will be available for those traveling outside Canada, booking information to follow.

As of February 17th, capacity limits will be lifted in meeting and convention centres.

From Public Health Agency of Canada (News Release) as of February 18, 2022.

  • Public Health Agency of Canada is easing the on-arrival testing for fully-vaccinated travelers.
  • Fully-vaccinated travellers will now be able to take a rapid antigen test taken 24 hours prior to their flight rather than a molecular COVID-19 test. The rapid test must be administered by a lab, healthcare entity, or telehealth service.
  • Travellers arriving to Canada from any country, who qualify as fully vaccinated, may be randomly selected for arrival testing. Travellers selected will no longer be required to quarantine while awaiting their test result.
  • Children under 12 years old, travelling with fully vaccinated adults, will continue to be exempt from quarantine, without any prescribed conditions limiting their activities. This means, for example, they no longer need to wait 14 days before attending school, camp, or daycare.
  • Unvaccinated travellers will continue to be required to test on arrival, on Day 8 and quarantine for 14 days. Unvaccinated foreign nationals will not be permitted to enter Canada unless they meet one of the few exemptions.
  • Domestic Travelers: Government of Ontario

The federal and provincial governments have the most updated travel regulations on their websites:

Note: ArriveCAN is a mandatory travel portal to be completed prior to arrival.
